Rufus Mogere

Rufus joined APHRC in June 2010 as a Database Programmer,previously he worked in Database development and administration for the Ascribe Ltd.He has also done Software Implementation and development of clinical health systems.He holds a BSc. in Computer Science,MCITP Certification.He has a keen focus on implementing temporal and longitudinal demographic surveillance databases,data warehousing and business intelligence at the center.
